Why do products take 5 to 15 business days to arrive?

The products featured on our website are imported and are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in Sweden, China and the USA. Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers and they send it directly to your home.

When will I receive my tracking code?

We send you the tracking code directly to your email within 3 working days, this is why our suppliers (industries that manufacture the products) ask for this deadline. Why is my tracking code not showing information?
