Exchanges and Refunds

To start the product exchange evaluation process, the customer must send an email to contact@upbestshop.com or upbeststore@gmail.com, informing the reason for the exchange and the order number generated at the time of purchase (This number is in the purchase confirmation email).


Please wait, as we will return the email within 24 business hours, informing you how to proceed with the exchange.
NOTE: Exchange requests will only be accepted by sending an e-mail with all the details.

Exchanges will be accepted for the following reasons:

  • The product sent is different from the image on the website
  • The product is the wrong color or size than ordered
  • The product came defective or broken


Deadlines for Exchange:

  • For products with a difference in size, color or model – up to 30 days after receipt
  • For full refund of the amount paid – up to 30 days after receipt
  • For quality issues – up to 30 days after receipt


General Rules (except for quality issues):

  • The Product must be new, i.e. unused, and must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be sent with the order code stating the reason for the exchange.
  • The product will be analyzed according to the rules of the consumer protection code.
  • Store deadline for resending products, in case of exchange: Upon receipt of the product, the store has a total period of up to 5 business days to evaluate it and send a new product, depending on availability in stock.


We will not exchange products under the following conditions:

  • Products with excessive use/wear.
  • Products with signs of damage caused by improper use.
  • Products with signs of perforation by sharp or cutting objects
  • The customer must contact the company via the website or contact channels and send the product photo together with the order number.


Refund policy:
When requesting a return, you can choose between receiving the amount paid back, according to the payment method for the order, or exchanging the product.
We refund if the product is delayed after 30 working days after the arrival date.


Note: In cases where the customer chooses to return the product and request a refund of the amount paid, the return shipping is paid by the customer, or if you prefer, you can keep the product and dispose of it the way you want.
